Hello there, I’m Nathan
I’m a wedding and portrait photographer based in Bournemouth, working across Dorset and Hampshire. Since my early teens I’ve spent my free time photographing the landscapes and wildlife of the south coast and turning them into fine-art prints.
That grew into more than a decade of photographing weddings, portraits and families, in a documentary style that catches candid moments and real emotion.

How I work on the day
A calm, thoughtful approach, and a pair of extra hands when the day needs them.
Documentary first
I photograph your day as it happens and blend in, as much as I can with two cameras on me, so the day flows naturally.
Portraits with good light
Two short portrait sessions, lit with off-camera flash when the light needs help. I shoot on mirrorless cameras with strobes.
Part of the team
A good photographer helps the day run smoothly, not just takes the pictures. I also get to know your guests, which is how the most genuine shots happen.
One wedding a day
I only take one wedding a day and photograph each one myself, with a replacement photographer on standby for emergencies.

Portraits and families
